How to Place an Order

  • Add items to your “Quote” as you would a “Cart”. Your quote can contain as many items or builds as you want. Review it's contents by clicking “Quote” in the top-right of the screen.

  • When you’re ready, go to your quote and click “Submit Inquiry”. Submitting an inquiry does not commit you to a purchase, and you will not be asked for any payment information at this time.

    Fill out the small form presented so we know how to contact you. If you have a preferred means of contact (email, phone, text), be sure to tell us in the “Message to Jeweller” box. We wouldn’t want to accidentally tip off a gift recipient!

    Click “Submit”.

  • We'll contact you within 24 hrs. First we review your order for completeness (all stones set, etc) and potential cost savings, and then once in contact we can move as quickly or as slowly as you want. As much as we love jewellery and want to help, we’re also happy to just get out of your way.

    When you’re ready, we'll send you an invoice.

  • Only if you are local to the Halifax region of Nova Scotia can we accept a deposit rather than full payment, because only in that case will you be able to inspect your order prior to taking possession.

    We use Wave as an invoicing and payment system, which allows you to securely pay by credit card. You've also got the option of paying by e-transfer, which will save you 3%.

  • If you are local to the Halifax region of Nova Scotia, you have the option of receiving your order in the mail, or, having us bring it to you. If you are not local, then you must receive it in the mail. Either way, you should receive your order within two (2) weeks.
